19+ Policy
Regina Casino is strictly for adults, and anyone under 19 is turned away with no exceptions. Here we explain how we check age, what happens if a minor is not caught at signup, and practical steps parents can take to block children from gambling websites.
19+ Only
1.1 Opening an account, funding it, joining any Promotion and playing any game, free-to-play titles among them, all become available to you only after your 19th birthday.
1.2 Play with us is offered only in jurisdictions whose laws allow internet gambling. All accounts fall under Canadian rules, which means we confirm each player's age and identity and fulfil our anti-money laundering duties.
1.3 All of our marketing targets adults. Characters, themes and channels intended to attract children are never part of it.
Parental Controls and Filtering
2.1 Most phones, tablets and computers include parental controls able to block apps, purchases and types of websites, including gambling.
2.2 Home routers and internet providers often offer network filters that block gambling sites on every connected device.
2.3 Dedicated gambling-blocking apps add a further layer and can be set so they cannot be removed easily.
2.4 Set up its own user profile for every child, put a password on adult profiles, and require approval for app store purchases.
If a Minor Is Found
3.1 Any sign that an account holder has not yet turned 19 leads us to suspend that account immediately.
3.2 If we establish that someone younger than 19 holds an account, it is closed permanently. Every wager made through it is cancelled, and the holder gives up any winnings. Where the law permits, deposited funds go back by the method that originally funded the account.
3.3 If an adult allows a minor to play using their account or payment method, we may also close that adult's account.
3.4 Concerned that a minor is playing at Regina Casino? Send us an email with whatever details you have. We take every report seriously and treat it in confidence.
How We Check Age
4.1 Every player gives a date of birth at registration. We verify it electronically before a first deposit is accepted.
4.2 Where electronic checks do not succeed, we request government-issued identification. No deposit, play or withdrawal is possible until age is confirmed.
4.3 Additional checks take place when you withdraw and any time account activity gives us cause for doubt. Our Identity Checks page sets out the full details.
Shared Devices
5.1 Many households share laptops, tablets and phones between family members. To stop children from getting into your account:
- Log out after every session.
- Disable the option in your browser that remembers passwords.
- Secure the device using a PIN, a pattern or your fingerprint.
- Keep your bank cards and digital wallet login details somewhere children cannot reach.
- Use separate profiles for children.
5.2 Everything that happens on your account is your responsibility, so keep your login details to yourself.
5.3 Our Cookie Notice describes how to remove saved login information from your browser.
