Bonus Terms
These Bonus Terms apply to every promotion at Regina Casino, including the welcome offer, deals on the Promotions page and Regina Rewards. Before claiming, read them alongside the specific conditions of the offer.
General Rules
1.1 Bonuses are optional and offered at our discretion. These rules apply alongside our Terms of Use.
1.2 The details listed for a specific promotion, such as eligible games, expiry and stake cap, take priority over these general rules where the two differ.
1.3 Bonuses cannot be exchanged, transferred or swapped for cash except as described on this page.
1.4 In some provinces, including Ontario, offers are not advertised publicly and appear only once you are logged in.
Maximum Conversion
2.1 Some bonuses limit how much bonus money can move to your cash balance. Where this applies, the limit appears in the promotion details, and anything above it is forfeited when wagering is finished.
2.2 The welcome free spins have no conversion step: winnings from these spins go straight into your cash balance.
Who Can Take Part
3.1 Account holders aged 19+ may take part in promotions if they are located in Canada where local law permits play and have passed KYC and geolocation checks.
3.2 Unless the promotion states otherwise, every offer can be claimed a single time per payment method, device, household and person.
3.3 No offers are sent to players on a break or to those who have self-excluded.
Wagering
4.1 Wagering means the total you need to stake before bonus-related funds become withdrawable.
4.2 Unless a promotion says otherwise, deposit bonuses carry a 25x wagering requirement on the deposit amount, using qualifying games.
4.3 How games count towards wagering:
- Eligible slots: count towards wagering at the percentage listed in the promotion details.
- Table games: count at 8%.
- Games not on the eligible list: do not count.
4.4 The welcome free spins carry no wagering.
Opting In
5.1 Choose your bonus before you deposit, through the cashier or the Promotions page. After a deposit has been processed, no bonus can be added to it.
5.2 Bonuses are optional: you can decline any offer and keep playing with real cash.

6.2 Spins land in your account after your qualifying first deposit. From the moment they are credited, you have a 24-hour window to play them.
One Bonus at a Time
7.1 Only one bonus can be held at a time. Once the current bonus is used, completed, forfeited or expired, a new offer can be taken.
Bonus Abuse
8.1 Bonus abuse includes opening extra accounts, sharing details to claim repeat offers, using low-risk betting patterns to clear wagering and going over the stake cap.
8.2 If we find abuse, the bonus and any related winnings can be cancelled, you can be barred from future promotions, and we can close the account under our Terms of Use.
Expiry
9.1 Welcome spins expire 24 hours after being credited. Unused spins are removed.
9.2 Other bonuses expire at the time listed in the promotion details. Bonus funds and unfinished wagering are removed at that point.
Stake Cap
10.1 While bonus funds are in play, each deposit bonus has a stake limit for every spin or hand, listed in the promotion details. Placing bets over that limit may result in winnings being voided.
10.2 The cap does not apply to free spins, which are played at the value we set for them.
Changes
11.1 Promotions, and these Bonus Terms, may be changed or withdrawn when needed. A bonus already claimed is not affected by changes, except where the law requires it or to stop abuse.
